The BZA is an appointed board which reviews zoning variance requests from Sec. 16-33 Yard and Bulk Requirements. Board members must be residents of the Town of Nederland. BZA members serve for five-year terms, alternate members serve for two-year terms, and the vacancy may fill an already existing position and go for reappointment when that term expires.

Interested parties should complete an application located at: https://nederlandco.org/government/town-boards/ and return it to the Town Clerk, Miranda Fisher or Deputy Zoning Administrator Cynthia Bakke whom serves as BZA Clerk. Applications can be submitted via email, in person at Town Hall, 45 West First St., or through postal mail at Town Hall, P.O. Box 396, Nederland, CO 80466 to be received by the deadline of February 18, 2020.
