Seeking Volunteers for the Nederland EcoPass Public Improvement District Advisory Committee (NEPPIDAC)

The NEPPIDAC is an independent committee of citizen volunteers that provides the Boulder County Commissioners with recommendations regarding the administration of the Nederland Eco Pass Public Improvement District.  While the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) has the legal authority and responsibility to make decisions regarding the operation and finances of the District, the Committee members serve in an advisory capacity to the BOCC and act as a communication link between the property owners and residents of the District and the BOCC. The Committee shall advise the BOCC and the Transportation Department on issues pertinent to the implementation of the EcoPass program and related services for the District.

Committee members must live within the EcoPass District (similar boundaries to the Library District covering the “greater Nederland” area) and are appointed to three year terms by the County Commissioners.  To apply, please visit https://www.bouldercounty.org/government/boards-and-commissions/vacancies/ and click “Apply” next to the Nederland EcoPass Public Improvement District Advisory Committee link.  For more information, or questions, please contact Alex Hyde-Wright at 303-441-4910 or ahyde-wright@bouldercounty.org. Applications are due before January 10, 2020.
