10/10/2019 – 3pm: We believe the issue has been resolved, and you should be able to view your 3rd Qtr bill (service from 07/08 to 10/05).
On 10/09, the Residential eBills did not upload properly to the system. Although you likely received the eBill e-mail notification, you’re unable to view the current bill, and/or are seeing a zero balance.
Postcard bills are being mailed today, and the due date for the 3rd Qtr bill is November 9, 2019.
Once the issue is resolved, this notice will be updated. We’re sorry for any inconvenience, but would appreciate your patience and understanding.
