Classes are weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Payment: Drop In Fees $4. Seniors $3 or you can purchase a Ten (10) visit Punch Card or Membership at the Front Desk. For more information, please stop at the Front Desk. Instructor accepts Donations.
Class is held in the Studio. It is an intermediate-advanced class. We start with a cardio workout, either intervals or step routines, followed by a sculpting workout. Women bring their own weights - either 3 lbs, 5 lbs, 8 lbs or 10 lbs. Two or three sets are recommended - 2 of each size/weight. Bring your own long bands with handles. Bring water.
