In an effort to adhere to the Governor’s Office and Boulder County Public Health’s recommendation for social distancing, the March 17, 2020 Board of Trustees meeting will be held as a virtual meeting through WebEx. Since we will not have a signup sheet available, if you are interested in giving a public comment on an agenda item or non-agenda item, please email the firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also use the “Chat” feature once in the virtual meeting to alert the Town Clerk and BOT of your desire to provide public comment.
For any person in virtual attendance at the meeting, we ask that you adhere to the following:
- Please mute yourself during the meeting and only unmute when giving a public comment. This will help to prevent unnecessary feedback and/or background noise.
- Please have your video turned off. Video displays can impact connectivity and cause delays.
The meeting will also be recorded and minutes will be taken.
