Job Opening: Visitor’s Center Customer Service Representative

The Town of Nederland is looking for customer service help for the Town’s Visitor Center. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for:

  • Greeting, welcoming, and assisting visitors
  • Providing information of interest to visitors
  • Independently conducting the sale of Visitor Center merchandise, including suggesting items, providing product knowledge, and processing payments
  • Maintaining a supply of informational handouts, such as trail maps, local business information, and event information

This is a part-time job, consisting of approximately 15 – 25 hours per week.

Pay is $12 per hour. Interested applicants should submit an application and cover letter (resume optional) to Town Hall either in person or via email to christyr@nederlandco.org. Completed applications are due by 9 am on Monday, December 2.
