The Town of Nederland is looking for customer service help for the Town’s Visitor Center. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for:
- Greeting, welcoming, and assisting visitors
- Providing information of interest to visitors
- Independently conducting the sale of Visitor Center merchandise, including suggesting items, providing product knowledge, and processing payments
- Maintaining a supply of informational handouts, such as trail maps, local business information, and event information
This is a part-time job, consisting of approximately 15 – 25 hours per week.
