Coming Soon: New Financial and Homeownership Registration System

Workforce Boulder County is excited to announce a brand-new registration system for our Financial Workshops and Homeownership Training called LEARNS. This transition from our “current” registration system (Go Sign Me Up) to a brand, new County-developed system (LEARNS) is to increase ease and efficiency of use for people registering for workshops. Boulder County IT staff has spent countless hours developing this new, user-friendly registration system called LEARNS. We plan to launch LEARNS early 2020 (we’ll be back in touch with a specific date as we know). Once we “go live”, the system will replace our current Go Sign Me Up registration system for Workforce Financial and Homeownership Trainings.

If you or your client already has an account on our current registration system, your previous workshop records will automatically transfer to LEARNS.  In fact, you can log into your account with your current log in credentials! If your password does not meet the minimum-security requirements for the new system, you will be prompted to create a new password the first time your log in to LEARNS. If you forgot your username and password, you can request these by email. If you no longer have access to your email, please call 720-864-6659 or email ceinfo@bouldercounty.org for assistance.

If you regularly need to verify attendance or help clients sign up for Financial or Homeownership workshops, we would love to give access and offer a training on the administrative side.

Here are a few new exciting features to highlight:

  • You will be able to sign up/cancel your clients, review their attendance record, and reset their passwords, as necessary.
  • The registration system is designed with clients in mind and is extra user-friendly.
  • Clients can easily:
    • Create an account.
    • Sign their children up for childcare.
    • Request their username and reset their password through the system.
    • Print their own certificates from within the system.

Stay tuned for more communications from ceinfo@bouldercounty.org as we move towards our “go live” date. And if you’d like to learn more, please reach out to us – happy to chat or meet with anyone who wants to know more.
