We’re sorry to let you know that as of Friday, March 13, 2020, our Career, Homeownership and Financial Workshops are cancelled until otherwise notified.
Due to rapidly escalating health concerns relating to the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus), Workforce Boulder County has decided to postpone/cancel the Homeownership Training Classes as well as our financial workshops. The decision to postpone/cancel was not taken lightly. The health, safety and well-being of our attendees, speakers, and staff is of paramount importance. We recognize and acknowledge the inconvenience this cancellation may cause and believe it our responsibility to reduce the risk of community spread and exposure.
We will reach out directly to all students registered for workshops in March and April. This cancellation may especially cause inconvenience to people who are under contract on a home, have a closing schedule, or trying to meet requirements for local affordable homeownership and down payment assistance programs. We are also in communication with CHFA for their input on next steps.
