Bootcamp - in Studio

New Class at the NCC! Open to everyone, no experience necessary.
Bootcamp is a combination Cardio, Strength, Stability, Agility, and Flexibility exercises with a variety of equipment (like weights, steps and balls). Think of it as "recess for grown-ups".
$4 drop in fee ($3 for seniors), or $35 for 10-visit punch card ($30 for seniors) or $27 monthly membership.
