Cardio Sculpt - Studio

Classes are weekly on Wednesdays and Fridays. Drop In Fees $4. Seniors $3. Ten (10) visit Punch Cards and Memberships are also available. For more information, stop at the Front Desk.
Class is held in the Studio. It is an intermediate-advanced class. We start with a cardio workout, either intervals or step routines, followed by a sculpting workout. Women bring their own weights - either 3 lbs, 5 lbs, 8 lbs or 10 lbs. Two or three sets are recommended - 2 of each size/weight. Bring your own long bands with handles. Bring water.
