Boulder County Public Health introduces new, interactive vaccine data dashboard

Boulder County, CO You asked, and we listened. A new, interactive vaccine dashboard has been created to provide an in-depth look at Boulder County’s COVID-19 vaccine distribution and data.

The COVID-19 Vaccine Distribution Dashboard provides users with the ability to track vaccine coverage for those 12 and up across the county by geography, date, age group, race/ethnicity, gender, and partial and full course coverage over time.

“We are excited to present this dashboard to the public. We hope that by providing this comprehensive data we will help Boulder County leaders and residents make informed decisions to keep themselves, their loved ones and their community safe,” said Steffie Goodman, BCPH Program Specialist.

Included on the dashboard is an interactive map which allows users to navigate vaccination data throughout the county and hone in to specific block groups. Users can break down county data into various categories such as age, race/ethnicity, gender, and city. The information is updated every Monday and Thursday and is accessible 24/7 for anyone interested in taking a deeper dive into the vaccine data.

“The dashboard provides transparency for the public to see the same data we see,” said Megan Noel, BCPH Interim Health Planning & Evaluation Manager. “We want the public to trust that they are getting the most up-to-date information from us. We value their trust in us and aim to be as transparent as possible with COVID-19 information for Boulder County, including vaccine coverage.”

A Spanish language version of the dashboard is under development and will be available soon.
