At the November 12, 2019 BOT meeting, the BOT unanimously approved to fill the vacancy following Trustee Rawsthorne’s resignation through appointment. Applications will be made available starting November 13, 2019 and must be submitted to the Town Clerk by December 4, 2019. Per CRS 31-4-301, the applicant must have resided in the municipality for at least 12 consecutive months preceding the date of appointment and be a registered voter within the municipality. The person appointed to fill the vacancy will serve until the next regular election which is April 7, 2020.
