2nd Public Hearing at the Planning Commission for consideration of Short Term Rental Regulation on April 26, 2017 starting at 7PM

The Planning Commission will hold another Public Hearing on April 26 starting at 7pm regarding establishment of Short Term Rental regulation and enforcement. Public comment will be accepted during the meeting and all interested citizens are encouraged to attend. 

The Commission will consider the proposed Short Term Rental Licensing Program and Enforcement for rentals under 30-days or less. The Commission has discussed the establishment of these regulations at meetings in 2015, 2016 and 2017.
